HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?

Shipping costs vary depending on the shipping destination and the number of items that you purchase. You can get a calculation of your exact shipping charges by adding items to your cart, proceeding to checkout, and entering your mailing address. The shipping cost will automatically update and display in your total costs.

We provide worldwide shipping.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR THE BUYER TO RECEIVE THEIR ORDER?

On average, merchandise is produced and shipped from our facility 5-7 business days after purchase. Standard shipping/transit times apply (5-10 days for domestic and 7-15 days for international).

CAN THE ORDER BE DELIVERED TO MULTIPLE ADDRESSES?

We do not offer the shipment to multiple addresses for a single order. If you would like items delivered to multiple addresses, please place those orders separately.

DO YOU OFFER DELIVERY TO PO BOXES OR MILITARY APO/FPO ADDRESSES?

Yes, we can send shipments to PO Boxes and Military APO/FPO addresses.

WILL I BE CHARGED VAT TAXES?

Items shipping internationally from the US are shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) and we do not collect VAT (Value Added Taxes). All taxes, duties, and customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient of the package.

Depending on the receiving country, your package may incur local customs or VAT charges. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information regarding your country's customs policies.

Returns & Refunds

Every Nefuline item is printed on demand just for you. Because of this, we cannot accept returns for change of mind, but we will always make it right if something is wrong with your order.

We will reprint or refund your order if:

• The item arrives damaged or defective (e.g. misprint, faded or peeling print, holes or stains).
• You received the wrong item, size or color compared to your order.

This applies to all items, including items purchased on sale.

Lost, stolen or undelivered packages

At checkout you can choose between two shipping options:

• Standard Shipping – includes online tracking. We are not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen or marked as delivered once they have been handed to the carrier, and we cannot offer a free reprint or refund in these cases. We will gladly help you file a claim with the carrier.
• Shipping Protection – includes online tracking plus coverage for packages that are lost in transit, stolen after delivery, or damaged in transit. If this happens, contact us and we will send a free reprint or issue a full refund.

For Shipping Protection claims, please contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. If tracking shows no movement for 15 business days, the package is considered lost.

How to request a reprint or refund

1. Email us at support@nefuline.com within 30 days of delivery.
2. Include your order number and a clear photo of the problem (and of the size label if the size is wrong).
3. We will reply within 2 business days and offer a free reprint or a full refund to your original payment method. You do not need to send the item back.

Size issues

Please check the size chart on each product page before ordering. If you ordered the wrong size, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will offer a replacement at a 50% discount.

Order changes and cancellations

Orders go into production quickly. You can change or cancel your order free of charge within 12 hours of purchase by emailing us. After production has started, we can no longer cancel the order.

Refund processing

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 business days. Depending on your bank, it may take an additional 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
